Terms of Service Last updated 22 October 2026 The short version. Prjct Brain is a free, private app shared by invitation. You bring your own AI and service accounts, your content stays yours, and you're responsible for what you ask the app to do. AI answers can be wrong, so check anything important. 1. Agreeing to these terms Prjct Brain is made by Edwin Gonzalez ("we"). By installing or using Prjct Brain on iPhone, iPad or Mac, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app. 2. Who can use it • Prjct Brain is shared by invitation through Apple's TestFlight. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply. • You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to the terms of the services you connect. • An invitation is personal. We can end an invitation at any time. 3. A test version Prjct Brain is under active development. Features can change, stop working or be removed, and a TestFlight build stops working when it expires. Keep your own copies of anything important; iCloud Drive or another backup is a good idea. 4. Your accounts and keys • The app works with services you set up yourself: Anthropic (Claude) for the companion, and optionally Google, image and video services (Higgsfield, fal.ai, OpenRouter), web search (Exa, Firecrawl), connectors you add and the optional business features. • You use them under your own accounts and keys. Their terms and usage policies apply to you, and any charges they make go to your account. AI replies, pictures and especially videos can cost money; the app shows what it can, but your provider's bill is the final word. • Keep your keys and your device secure. You're responsible for use of the app on your device. 5. Your content Your notes, files, chats and everything you make with the app belong to you. We don't receive them and claim no rights to them. You're responsible for having the right to use whatever you add, including photos and files of other people. 6. Using it well Don't use Prjct Brain to: • break the law, or the terms or usage policies of a connected service; • harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or impersonate a real person; • make sexual content involving minors, or pictures or videos of real people without their consent; • get around a service's safety filters or the app's own checks; • reach someone else's accounts or data without permission. 7. What the app does for you • When you ask, the app can add calendar events and tasks, write email drafts, save files and more. It asks before anything that sends, invites or deletes. You decide what to approve and send, and you're responsible for it. • The app never sends email; drafts wait for you in Gmail. 8. AI answers Replies, summaries, research, pictures and videos are made by AI models and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. They aren't medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it. 9. Google data If you connect Google, the app uses your Google data only for the features you use, as the privacy policy describes. Prjct Brain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings. 10. No warranty Prjct Brain is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free use, to the extent the law allows. 11. Limits on liability To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for charges from services you connect, arising from your use of Prjct Brain. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. 12. Stopping You can stop at any time: disconnect your accounts in Settings and delete the app. We can stop offering the app or end your access at any time. Sections 5, 8, 10 and 11 still apply after that. 13. Changes When these terms change, this page and its date change with it. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms. 14.
