Prjct Brain

Notes, memory and an AI companion that remembers, plans and researches with you. Local-first: your files, your iCloud, your own AI keys. Notes and a companion. Write, ask, plan. It remembers what matters and files what it learns. The Brain: A knowledge graph of your people, projects and places, built as you go. Your day: Calendar, tasks and mail (Google), and your phone, with your permission. Private by design: No server, no accounts, no tracking. Data stays on your iPhone or in your iCloud. Why Prjct Brain asks for Google access Connecting Google is optional. With your permission, Prjct Brain: shows your Google Calendar and adds or changes events when you ask; shows and updates your Google Tasks; reads Gmail for your daily brief and writes drafts you review and send yourself (it never sends mail); reads Google Drive files you ask about, and saves files it makes to its own Drive folder; looks up people's names and email addresses in Google Contacts; for optional business features, reads your Google Analytics and Search Console figures. Your Google data stays on your device (and in your own iCloud Drive, if you save it to your notes). It goes to the AI service you set up, with your own key, only to answer what you ask, and to any other service only when you approve it first. It is never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings. Details are in the privacy policy. Prjct Brain is a private app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, shared by invitation through TestFlight. Support · edwingmultimedia@gmail.com © 2026 Edwin Gonzalez
